1. Acceptance. These Terms govern your use of this booking experience, operated for Carolina Age Management Institute, LLC, d/b/a CAMI Aesthetics ("Cami," "we," "us"), with technology services provided by Alpha Aesthetics Partners. By using this site or booking flow, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please call the practice to book instead.

2. Eligibility. You must be 18 years of age or older to use this booking flow.

3. Booking. Submitting a booking request reserves the selected time subject to the practice's confirmation. All treatments are subject to an in-person consultation and provider determination that you are an appropriate candidate; a booking is not a guarantee that any particular treatment will be provided. Cancellation and no-show policies are set by the practice and provided with your confirmation.

4. Promotional offers. We may make promotional offers available from time to time. Each offer's specific terms — eligibility, amount, qualifying treatments, expiration, and redemption method — are presented alongside the offer where it appears, and those presented terms govern that offer. Unless an offer states otherwise: offers are for new patients only, limited to one per person, have no cash value, are not combinable with other offers, and may be modified or discontinued prospectively at any time. Bookings made while an offer is active will be honored according to the offer terms shown at the time of booking.

5. Medical disclaimer. Content on this site is general information, not medical advice. Individual results vary. Treatments referenced may be prescription medical treatments; candidacy, risks, and benefits will be discussed at your consultation. Accessing this site or submitting a booking request does not create a provider-patient relationship; that relationship is established through the practice's intake and consultation process.

6. SMS program terms. By checking the consent box you agree to receive calls and texts from CAMI Aesthetics and its service providers about your appointment request and, if you opt in, related offers; automated technology may be used. Consent is not a condition of purchase or care. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Intellectual property. Site content, marks, and design are owned by the practice, Alpha Aesthetics Partners, or their licensors; no license is granted beyond personal use of the booking flow. Third-party marks belong to their respective owners.

8. Acceptable use. You agree not to access the site by automated means, scrape content, submit false information, impersonate another person, or interfere with the operation or security of the booking systems.

9. Third-party services and links. The booking flow hands off to third-party scheduling systems operated by our service providers, and the site may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third parties, though our service providers operate under the agreements described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Electronic communications and records. By using the booking flow you consent to transact electronically and to receive booking-related communications and disclosures electronically; you may request paper copies of any legally required disclosure from the practice.

11. Termination of access. We may suspend or terminate access to the booking flow for violation of these Terms or to protect the systems or other users. Termination of site access does not affect the practice's obligations regarding care.

12. Disclaimers. The site and booking flow are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms alters the practice's professional obligations regarding medical care itself.

13. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from use of the site or booking flow (excluding liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and excluding matters governed by the practice's professional obligations) is limited to $100 or the amount you paid to use the site, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

14. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the practice and Alpha Aesthetics Partners from claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or your submission of false or unauthorized information, to the extent permitted by law.

15. Force majeure. We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including outages of third-party systems.

16. Governing law; disputes. These Terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Mecklenburg County or Guilford County, North Carolina. 17. General. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect (severability). No waiver of any provision is a waiver of any other. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them to a successor of the practice or Alpha. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement regarding site use.
